Emergency and Essential Eye Care Only
The practice has suspended routine eye examinations but I am still available to speak to and to see any patients who have specific concerns about their vision.
I’m worried about my vision what should I do? Please phone me and I can talk it through and decide if you need to be seen immediately. Certain symptoms that have recently started such as red eye, painful eye, flashes and floaters, headaches, double vision or blurred vision may need prompt attention. I am still able to look after you under our Emergency Care provision and should always be your first port of call.
What should I do if I break my glasses? I am able to supply replacement spectacles or to repair them where possible. I can even deliver them to your house. Just let me know how I can help.
Can I still get my contact lenses? Contact lens wearers can have their lenses delivered directly to their homes. Just phone or email and I will arrange it.
Please note that for all patients who would have been due to come and see us during this period of closure we will be contacting you as soon as we reopen to arrange your appointment. If you would like to be put on our VIP contact list please phone or email with your details and we will ensure you receive a priority appointment.
I want to reassure you that I am still here to look after your eyecare, even in these unusual circumstances. We look forward to seeing you again soon in the practice but in the meantime stay safe.
