We are busy making preparations so that we can welcome you back to the practice soon.
Our priority is to keep you safe and so we plan to make some changes to how we work to ensure that we can take good care of you.
So far the alterations have included a new perspex screen at reception and stickers on the floor to remind us to keep 2m apart. The magazines have been recycled and the books and leaflets have been removed from the waiting area.
At an eye test I normally start by asking many questions about your health and medication as well as how your vision is. To reduce the time spent at the practice we intend to carry out most of that part by phone before you come.
When you do visit we will be asking that if possible you would wear a face mask for the duration of your visit, for everyone’s safety. Should you not have one of your own we have been able to source some and will be happy to provide you with one when you arrive.
We are carefully considering every part of your visit so we can keep us all safe while still providing the excellent standard of eyecare that you expect, even if it will be a little different.
